Brooke Kintz is a Strategic Policy Advisor at Tai Ginsberg & Associates (TG&A) where she has been leading and advising tech clients on matters such as artificial intelligence.
Before starting at TG&A, Brooke oversaw and led U.S. state, Mexico and Canada policy for Tesla, Inc. For almost 10 years she was responsible for a team and strategy on a wide range of issues for Tesla that included, sustainable transportation, autonomous vehicles, clean energy, and dealer franchise law. During her tenure at Tesla, she was appointed by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam to the Advisory Council of Revenue Estimates and served for the duration of his term.
Prior to Tesla, Brooke worked at Associated Builders & Contractors managing a federal portfolio of issues specific to workforce development, immigration, and labor. She graduated from Florida State University and now resides in a house divided with her Florida Gator husband and two children in Arlington, VA.
